A persistent notification shows when tracking is active.<\/td><\/tr>\r\n            <tr><td>Camera<\/td><td>Taking proof-of-delivery photos and photos of compliance documents, and scanning package codes.<\/td><\/tr>\r\n            <tr><td>Microphone<\/td><td>Voice messages and dictation in the app, only when the driver presses the button provided for that purpose.<\/td><\/tr>\r\n            <tr><td>Bluetooth<\/td><td>Reading temperature and humidity from the sensors placed in coolers.<\/td><\/tr>\r\n            <tr><td>Notifications<\/td><td>New deliveries, messages from dispatch, temperature alerts.<\/td><\/tr>\r\n            <tr><td>Photos<\/td><td>Attaching an existing photo (for example a document), only when the driver chooses to.<\/td><\/tr>\r\n            <tr><td>Biometrics<\/td><td>Unlocking the app with a fingerprint or face. Biometric data stays on the phone; we never have access to it.<\/td><\/tr>\r\n          <\/tbody>\r\n        <\/table>\r\n        <p>The app contains no advertising and no advertising trackers. All data it sends goes only to IDS Livraison Express servers, over an encrypted connection.<\/p>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section id=\"sharing\">\r\n        <h2><span class=\"n\">06<\/span>Sharing with third parties<\/h2>\r\n        <p>We never sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only:<\/p>\r\n        <ul>\r\n          <li>with the <b>pharmacy<\/b> the delivery is made for (status, proof of delivery);<\/li>\r\n          <li>with the assigned <b>driver<\/b>, limited to what they need to deliver (name, address, phone, instructions);<\/li>\r\n          <li>with our <b>service providers<\/b> (IT hosting, notification delivery, mapping, accounting), who are bound by contract to confidentiality and may not use the information for any other purpose;<\/li>\r\n          <li>with <b>authorities<\/b> where the law requires or permits it.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n        <p>If information is communicated outside Quebec, we first conduct a privacy impact assessment and make sure it will receive adequate protection, as the law requires.<\/p>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section id=\"retention\">\r\n        <h2><span class=\"n\">07<\/span>How long we keep it<\/h2>\r\n        <p>We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, or longer where the law requires:<\/p>\r\n        <ul>\r\n          <li><b>Proofs of delivery<\/b> and delivery history: for the duration of the relationship with the pharmacy and the time needed to handle claims;<\/li>\r\n          <li><b>Accounting, tax and payroll records<\/b>: six (6) years after the end of the year they relate to, as tax laws require;<\/li>\r\n          <li>Drivers' <b>location history<\/b>: only as long as needed for proof of delivery, pay and claims handling;<\/li>\r\n          <li>Unsuccessful <b>job applications<\/b>: 12 months at most.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n        <p>At the end of these periods, the information is securely destroyed or anonymized.<\/p>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section id=\"security\">\r\n        <h2><span class=\"n\">08<\/span>Security<\/h2>\r\n        <ul>\r\n          <li>Encrypted communications (HTTPS\/TLS) between the app, IDSWeb and our servers;<\/li>\r\n          <li>Access limited by each user's role (driver, dispatcher, pharmacy, administration) and by franchise;<\/li>\r\n          <li>Strong passwords, sessions that expire, biometric app lock;<\/li>\r\n          <li>Encryption of the most sensitive information in our databases;<\/li>\r\n          <li>Logging of access and changes;<\/li>\r\n          <li>Staff awareness training and confidentiality commitments.<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n        <p>No system is foolproof, which is why we also have an incident procedure (section 12).<\/p>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section id=\"rights\">\r\n        <h2><span class=\"n\">09<\/span>Your rights<\/h2>\r\n        <p>At any time, you may:<\/p>\r\n        <ul>\r\n          <li><b>access<\/b> the personal information we hold about you;<\/li>\r\n          <li>have it <b>corrected<\/b> if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;<\/li>\r\n          <li><b>withdraw your consent<\/b> to any use that is not required to provide the service or comply with the law;<\/li>\r\n          <li>request the <b>deletion<\/b> of your information, or that its dissemination cease, where the law allows;<\/li>\r\n          <li>request that it be provided to you in a <b>structured, commonly used technological format<\/b> (portability).<\/li>\r\n        <\/ul>\r\n        <p>Write to the person in charge (section 2). We respond within <b>30 days<\/b> of receiving the request. We may ask you to prove your identity before acting on it. If your request concerns a delivery made for a pharmacy, we may forward it to that pharmacy, since it holds your file.<\/p>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section id=\"account-deletion\">\r\n        <div class=\"del\">\r\n          <span class=\"badge\">IDS Mobile \u00b7 Account deletion<\/span>\r\n          <h2 style=\"margin-top:0\"><span class=\"n\">10<\/span>Deleting a driver account and its data<\/h2>\r\n          <p>IDS Mobile accounts are created by IDS Livraison Express for its drivers. To request deletion of your account and its associated data:<\/p>\r\n          <ol class=\"steps\">\r\n            <li>Email <a href=\"mailto:idslivraisonexpress@gmail.com?subject=IDS%20Mobile%20account%20deletion\">idslivraisonexpress@gmail.com<\/a> with the subject \"IDS Mobile account deletion\", or call <a href=\"tel:+15149928670\">514-992-8670<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Include your full name, your employee number (for example CH-0000) and the phone number linked to the account.<\/li>\r\n            <li>We confirm your identity, then deactivate the account: access to the app is cut off immediately.<\/li>\r\n            <li>Within 30 days, we delete your profile photo, personal contact details, compliance documents, location history and messages.<\/li>\r\n          <\/ol>\r\n          <div class=\"warn\"><b>What must be kept<\/b>: information the law requires us to retain (payroll, tax slips and accounting records, 6 years) and the proofs of deliveries made for our client pharmacies, which belong to them. This information is kept with restricted access, then destroyed at the end of the legal period.<\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section id=\"cookies\">\r\n        <h2><span class=\"n\">11<\/span>Cookies<\/h2>\r\n        <p>Our website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (language, form security). Audience measurement cookies, if any, are enabled only with your consent and can be refused without affecting your browsing. You can also delete them in your browser settings. IDSWeb uses only the session cookies needed for secure sign-in.<\/p>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section id=\"incident\">\r\n        <h2><span class=\"n\">12<\/span>Confidentiality incidents<\/h2>\r\n        <p>If a confidentiality incident occurs (unauthorized access, use or disclosure, or loss of information), we immediately take steps to reduce the risk. If the incident presents a risk of serious injury, we promptly notify the <b>Commission d'acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l'information<\/b> and the people concerned. All incidents are recorded in a register.<\/p>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section id=\"minors\">\r\n        <h2><span class=\"n\">13<\/span>Minors<\/h2>\r\n        <p>Our digital services (website, IDSWeb, IDS Mobile) are not intended for people under 18. When a delivery is for a minor, their information is provided by the pharmacy and handled according to its instructions, with the same protection.<\/p>\r\n      <\/section>\r\n\r\n      <section id=\"changes\">\r\n        <h2><span class=\"n\">14<\/span>Changes to this policy<\/h2>\r\n        <p>We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.
